  1. why, the shack is the worst show on channel 9. (how old is that curio guy?)
  2. defintely not, wat a rip off, over $1,000 im getting an xbox 360 when the PS3 comes out it should get cheaper, and Halo 3 comes out shortly after that.
  3. I'd recommend doing DW over two days, every time i go i never get all of it done. MW and SW you can do in a day. But if you get the 3 park pass (MW, WNW, SW) it would be worth it.
  4. Tigger 'hit kid' at Walt Disney World Im not sure if somebody already posted this, but i couldnt find anything related. I read this on MSN today. Sunday Jan 7 17:30 AEDT AP - A Walt Disney World employee dressed as the character Tigger is accused of hitting a child while posing for a photo, a spokeswoman for the theme park said. Park officials temporarily suspended Michael J. Fedelem while they investigate the accusations, Disney spokeswoman Zoraya Suarez said. "Naturally, physical altercations between cast members and guests are not tolerated," Suarez said Saturday. Jerry Monaco of New Hampshire videotaped his son, Jerry Jr., posing with the costumed character at Disney-MGM Studios on Friday and recorded the confrontation, according to a statement from the Orange County Sheriff's Office. The father said Fedelem intentionally hit his son "on or about the head," said sheriff's spokesman Carlos M. Padilla. "The tape only shows a fraction of what happened. Now it's up to us to find out what led up to that." A message left by The Associated Press for Monaco was not immediately returned. A telephone listing for Fedelem could not be located. In 2004 a Walt Disney World employee dressed as Tigger was accused of touching the breast of a 13-year-old girl while she posed with him for a photo. A jury found the man not guilty.
  5. anyone been on Cyclone since TOH opened ? does it really add to the feel of the cylone ?
  6. The attraction should be opening soon, anyone heard anything else ?
  7. hey just read on WWW website on the max annual pass or watever WWW will cap the crowds to 4000 people.
  8. I read this today on WWW website about the lifeguards WhiteWater World Lifeguards Make History WhiteWater World has entered into a unique partnership with the Royal Lifesaving Society to produce a brand new, water park specific Lifeguard Qualification - an Australian first! 40 Lifeguards and 40 Slide Operators have been appointed from hundreds of applicants and are in the midst of an intensive training program to ensure WhiteWater World is one of the safest water parks on earth. This weekend, training will move to WhiteWater World as Dreamworld officially takes over the site just less than two weeks from opening.
  9. '' Terminator 3 is a WB Movie, maybe they could do a similar Terminator show to what they have at the Universal parks '' I would love to see a terminator themed ride, terminator is an extremely successfull series of movies, and with terminator 4 coming soon (2007 release) its a perfect time. There were also suggestions of t4 being filmed there at the WB studios.
  10. Oct 16 2006, 06:29 PM Post #116 I thought I'd clear up that a Half Pipe is around AUD$5.5 million for the larger (30m) model. It's a simple U-shaped track which the train rocks back and forth on, nothing complicated, and certainly not $15-20 million. thankyou richard, $5.5 million they should get two.
  11. I cant agree less WNW is a waterpark, and a $15-20 mill coaster would not suit it. You dont build dry rollercoasters at a waterpark. WNW should stay a waterpark. If they built the half-pipe there they would be some of the most stupid people ever.
  12. ''but again the timeframe they have left themselves is not very promising'' Maybe it is something like the s&s spaceshot. Something that gets built off site than they put it onto a slab.
  13. excellent to hear a NSW themepark doing so well. An excellent line up of rides but by the time all of them get built WWW or WNW may already have them and even better ones.
