Adventure World announces $12m Eurofighter roller coaster

That awkward moment when Adventure World builds something better than every ride Dreamworld has added in the last decade. To me it seems like a smart move, they're getting a pretty good amount of coaster for the dollars they're spending, and I reckon this ride will really suit the park. Saw is a well reviewed ride, and if AW can get those type of reviews for this ride then it should give a massive boost to the park. Truthfully, this is the first ride in Australia outside of the Gold Coast that I'm really interested in following, bravo Adventure World!

If only domestic travel weren't so expensive - for the cost of a trip to perth, it'd be a negligible difference to head to HK or Singapore for a Universal or Disney experience that would be worth far more than a single Euro. If this pays off for them, hopefully they'll see the merit in large-scale investments and we'll have a competition between the parks on our hands like we used to in the days before DW gave up.

I'm tempted, but I still see more bang for my buck in SE Asia.
