Aussie World Introduces New-Look Ride the Night Events

The Sunshine Coast’s Aussie World and Banana Bender Pub will be kicking off a series of exclusive themed after dark events with the new-look Ride the Night starting this weekend, complete with a Halloween twist.

The spookiest night of the year will come alive at Aussie World on Saturday 31 October starting from 3pm and running until 10pm, making it perfect for all ages.

Ride the Night - Halloween Special will feature trick or treating and prizes for best costumes, along with United Pro Wrestling in ‘The Shed’, outdoor cinema, and a DJ pumping music through the park.

The park’s daunting asylum that goes by the name Mayhem Maze will return for Halloween and all other Ride the Night events for anyone brave enough to venture into this terrifying walk through scare attraction.

Guests are encouraged to dress up in their spookiest Halloween costumes for their chance to win free tickets to return to Aussie World.

With the weather warming up and holiday season upon us, the Sunshine Coast theme park has announced it will continue to open its gates for Ride the Night events every Friday from December 4 and throughout the school holidays.

This announcement heralds a comeback for night events at Aussie World, but this time on a bigger scale, with tickets expected to sell out fast said Events Manager, Tom Turner.

“Given the overwhelming popularity of Aussie World during the September school holidays, with several days sold out prior to the park opening, we are expecting these events to sell out very quickly,” said Tom.

“With many people now exploring their own backyard and taking road trips, we have enjoyed fantastic visitor numbers and expect that to continue into the summer months.”

These events will give locals and visitors the chance to experience all Aussie World has to offer by night, with a range of themes set to take over the park on different nights including Christmas and Australiana.

Guests will be able to immerse themselves in a vibrant and fun atmosphere, with live entertainment throughout the evening, and the chance to enjoy Aussie World’s range of thrill rides and family-friendly attractions.
