Rocky Hollow Log Ride Overview
Designed and built in-house by Dreamworld with assistance from overseas engineers.
It was closed from October 2016 until January 2018 in the aftermath of the Thunder River Rapids accident. When it reopened on 22 January it was fitted with steel frames and Perspex canopies, a feature seen on no other flume ride in the world. The purpose of the canopies is to prevent riders from standing up.
