Was anyone else really annoyed by the editing in that video?

Phantasialand is second to none with their theming, the area was being built when I went in 2018. Such a great park!

Just throwing in that they tried literally everything they could think of. Water levels, pump pressure, conveyor faults, 1,2,3 and 4 rafts colliding together, different combinations of mechanical and e-stops, air pressure in the tubes even as far as actually trying to push the rafts to force them into the same position they were in 2016. It's pretty crazy to think that they couldn't get any rafts to flip or even go vertical with all of that testing. It also shows that the ride could operate perfectly fine under extreme circumstances but 1 single random factor can cause a complete disaster. That right there perfectly proves that it was literally just sheer dumb luck that no one had been injured or killed earlier.

I don’t know of the exact numbers, but they spent literal days trying to recreate the incident, and from my understanding were unable to such was the myriad of contributing successive factors that led to the incident.

I can confirm, whenever I take @AlexB to a theme park, I always change his nappy upon arrival.

Luna Park Sydney does indeed have a plaque for the Ghost train tragedy. It is in a part of the park not many people go to but many can easily walk past. The plaque is tasteful while being heartwarming but also confronting to some. I believe this would be the best way to go. Does not need to be something bigger than an A4 piece of paper. That being said consent from all families would definitely be required. A garden idea while being nice could be somewhat complicated.

Quoted for a first (you holding your figurative tongue). And believe me, I did hold back on my rant. But since you've seen fit to deny it (and i've got nothing better to do right now) - here we go. You sarcastically suggested the fact that I was aware of, and had been into a single accessible facility, was a 'weird' thing to do. You've called me out previously for mentioning that I had a kid, so you were definitely aware of that fact. So, just to recap: I mentioned there was a great ambulant facility at the park. Gazza stated he would leave them for those who require those facilities. I agreed, and stated that I hadn't suggested otherwise. You insinuated that I was being weird by 'randomly inspecting bathrooms' like I was some kind of deviant. It implies that I had no business to be in there in the first place, so either, I was lying about not using them without a need, or I was 'weird'? If you weren't questioning what i'd said, then why did you feel the need to make any response to me at all? Here I am actually paying the park a compliment on such a great facility (something you complain people don't do), and you're here throwing insults? Shit - no wonder people only ever pour shit on the parks. ...but its ok, because the parade spacing is fantastic.

Well if there's one thing toilets are known for its 'logs' causing splashes.

I hate it when a park has gone to shit and then a new team come in to try and fix it but constantly get shit on for not fixing it fast enough
