So for me I hate buffet’s. There are only bad buffets and mediocre buffets, and they’re just not for me. So I’d love for them to open as an A la carte restaurant (FWIW I’ve said for years SW should have a broadwater facing Seafood restaurant also open for non park guests and make a fortune). However I agree it should have it’s own unique quality menu, much like they did with Dirty Harry Grill. And I think the courtyard bar should be open with a more snack style menu.

i’m pretty sure you’re right with the only slides being repainted are Black Hole and the Aqua Racers Refurb, slides like Tornado, AquaLoop, Constrictor, River Rapids and Mammoth Falls (not as desperate as the others) really do need to be repainted asap. The rides at MW and SW definitely tend to be repainted more often back on topic, it appears The Carousel’s Operator Booth will be moved to the front instead of off to the side, my guess is it allows the operator to observe what’s going on during the cycle better (photos via haynesbuilt - instagram).

I dont think you have to recoup the initial cost. Its routine maintenance which you start incurring the moment it opens to the public. To their credit, Village do repaint their rides fairly often.

I'd be surprised if Rivals is up for a repaint. It's a lengthy process that costs quite a bit, and the ride isn't that old to justify the expenditure because I'd imagine they probably haven't paid off the original cost yet.

Yeah, that's a very ordinary menu. Rick's used to be what made eating at the park tolerable.

Honestly that really sucks, and that menu sucks because its just the same sort of foods elsewhere in the parks. If its going to be a set menu at least offer something different than Burgers, Hot Dogs and Chips...

A 'day' at the park needs balance out of the sun. Some queues are under cover, some animal exhibits too. A dark ride would help on that as well. Obviously I mean the queue, as ride experiences are usually only a few minutes.

Considering all options - perhaps they want to demolish the track, and they needed to use the track to get the trains out of the park first? #YouAsked. Seriously though, I can categorically rule out the loss of the monorail. How do I know? Because Bikash told us we'd hear it from them first:
