  1. "Later in August this year, a new ride will make its way to the theme park. The Bounty Revenge is a 360° swinging ship that will take visitors on the ride of a lifetime. Towards the end of the year, the existing Zambezi River, better known to many as The Lazy River, will undergo total upgrading and re-theming. To give visitors more to look forward when visiting Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, the Sunway Petting Zoo will eventually move into the theme park, creating a mini night safari." http://www.sunway.com.my/sunwaylagoon/pres...o=1&staffs_ids=

  4. Hi, I'd take a shot guess and say the B&W prints would be handouts to newspaper's and media before digital files were more common, artwork would be in the form of a bromide, B&W photographs or slides which would be drum scanned. Cheers Sean

Visionland owners Southland Entertainment Group purchased the 1,000-foot long coaster from a park in Australia and will be installing it in the coming weeks on the hillside between the Rampage wooden roller coaster and the Space Shot tower drop ride. "Eventually, the characters will become the basis for attractions, starting with a Spider man show opening next year and ultimately evolving into a themed area in the park, a la Marvel Superhero Island at Universal’s Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida. “That’s the template,” Lockett said. "

  13. Zordmaker, Yes I agree with you 110% but, Yes that maybe true, your brothers backyard might be a hell of a lot better ...but that's not the point, Asian tourists can't get in the gates quick enough. Lets face it, Featherdale would not be around today if the tourists didn't bother to come..or if the asians had the views of "bren79"...but they don't...agree? Its like the developers in the west that make crappy spec houses and sell them for way overpriced bucket loads of cash, its supply and demand right?.. The asian tourists have no problems it seems to go to all the way out west to see a few old dusty looking kangaroos and some small farm animals..etc
  14. No, its still open still jamed pack with asian camera snapping tourists
  15. You make it sound like the Arizona Desert!..gees its like less than an hour by train from the City and 40mins by car and ive read scientists have actually found some humans beings who are actually living in the area Trying tell that to the thousands of people who live in Western Sydney! I know its a bit old but read below "According to the 2001 Census, the population of Western Sydney is among the youngest of any region, where nearly 38% of the population (653,630) is under 25 years of age and 9.2% (159,474) of the population are ages 65 and over. 16. Joz, so some consultant at $350.00 and hour can come in a create a complex system of numbers. and buy a new merc. umm wonder the title "Progressive Security Code Senior Manager" .
  17. Bussie, What I was trying to say is how come the management did not get the ball rolling correctly with advertising, decent promotional stuff etc...before, when they had the chance, maybe then if Wonderland improved the figures via the gate it would of not come to this. You have to admit the later wonderland branding and advertising was pure rubbish, like they ran some "win a free wonderpass" competition at a local tafe for advertising students. .
  18. do you mean menai? ...I believe its all national park and/or army land, or expensive housing blocks. Its a pain in the butt area for public transport as well. I have a friend that lives in menai, it's also expensive to build because of all the hardcore rock..it just cant be cleared away with a bobcat and shovels, you need some serious equipment.
  19. I wish I had a camera at the time agghh, it would of made an awesome photo.. It was such a contrast againsts the clean light grey deck..
  20. steve$, It just seemed to be tied down all along the front deck. Didn't look like much of it maybe the rest was inside the ship. But it looked like matte black rolller coaster track just like in the truck photo.
  21. Hi Guys, Was running across the Harbour Bridge this afternoon, and noticed a large bright orange ship going out to sea, so I stood and watched the massive cargo ship go under the bridge and I couldn't believe it..on the deck on the cargo ship what looked like to be the demon all layed out across the front of the ship. It was such an awesome and sad sight!..I wish I had a camera with me!! BON VOYAGE DEMON!
