A TEENAGER is in hospital after allegedly being knifed by an unhappy customer at Sydney's Royal Easter Show. The 19-year-old was manning the Space Roller ride when he was stabbed about 8.30pm on Friday. The police events co-ordinator at the Show, Inspector Patrick Wunsch, said a dispute broke out when several patrons demanded their ticket money back. "A group of people went on the ride then wanted their money back because one of them got sick," Inspector Wunsch said yesterday. "The verbal altercation became physical and the ride attendant was stabbed." He said police apprehended two men trying to exit the show a short time later. A knife was also recovered. The teen was taken to Westmead Hospital, where he was in a stable condition. An 18-year-old and a 17-year-old, both from Auburn, were questioned by police then released, pending further inquiries. Inspector Wunsch said the show's security was not to blame for the incident. "Security conducts random bag searches but in this instance the weapon was well concealed on the person," he said. wow... i wonder what ride they were trying to get a refund from... but most people would be at the main arena watching xtreme corruption and the fireworks...

from your earlier post you posted yesterday you said you went yesterday...so did you go on sunday??? because i was there on sunday...the cycle was quite long...around 3 minutes....i went on it at around 4pm... but then after the fireworks...i went back for another ride...but they were having troubles with it...

went to the easter show today...was seriously packed...then Xscream tuesday was even worst...omg...massive lines here's what i thought of the rides...going in order from the left to right in the carnival... power surge was where chaos was last year...near the end of the carnival..it was actually quite popular...there was always a line...the ride was abit different from the others and was abit short... Hard Rock had massive lines so i didn't go on... megadrop was good...alot better than i expected it to be... ranger was usual... speed..massive lines for that at around 3pm...was worth the wait... zipper was alright No Limits was a mad ride...best ride in the whole carnival IMO...after 4 swings you are already hanging upside down...omg didn't go on chaos...coz i wanted to go on other rides... Space roller was popular as well... and there were a few more...but thats all i remember my advice...get there early to go on the popular rides...coz by the afternoon there are massive lines for them..about 15 minutes wait for the really popular one...like hard rock and speed i was going to take some pics...but when i was on the way there i realise i forgot my camera..>.< be nice if someone took afew pics...hehe

anyone going to the easter show this year??? and does anyone know if there will be alot of people on tuesday night when you pay 30 bucks or something for unlimited rides between 5-9???
