Haven't been. Just a couple of things though. 1- It does sound like a pretty good half day park - doesn't seem much else around in the area but it depends what you're in to. (Assuming you skip the waterpark) 2- The woody almost looks like....well, a woody.

Yeah, I'm thinking even just some grass or a farm photo would make a nice background.

Maybe a full sized site too. It does look a bit odd.

I can assume that may have been what was intended by the staff, however what one person finds funny can be taken as extremely rude and un-called for by others.

The only thing I don't like is the Green Lantern ad. For me it detracts from the rest of the site being farm focussed.

I'm guessing here, but I'd say they're going to re-do the drops - not redesign, but pull it down and do maintenance off-site (or at least off ride site). Probably drain the whole site and patch any leaks, work on the pumps, clean out all the rubbish that idiots throw in or that just blows in. Maybe fix the effects during the slow areas and get the sound working again.

Not even that, I just figure Disney are probably the only ones with the finance and the know-how to make it what it should be.

I know it's been said before, but I'd love to see Disney take over Dreamworld, not re-brand it, but just fix it up.

From what I remember seeing, he's using some Nikon advanced P&S with a pop up flash, so in his case, bouncing the flash wouldn't really be an option as there's no hot shoe on that camera. As for feedback, first image is pretty noisy, second - I'm not sure what bothers me more, the fact that the photo isn't straight, or the fact that the building isn't designed with the door in the middle. Third image - the right side somehow seems a little milky. Last image - the flash as mentioned, but that's probably unavoidable in your case, but also there's not really much going on in the photo to look at. Where were you wanting me to look? In saying this, it's my personal opinion and just how I see it. I've asked for feedback online before from professional photogs on a shot which was my favourite one I've ever taken and was told it was pretty much shit and instead of questioning their advice I should just accept it or don't ask at all. Basically my point is, don't focus on what others think of your work too much, sure, take some advice, but mostly just shoot what you want to shoot, and enjoy it if you like it. Don't waste time trying to please others.

I wouldn't say tossed, but for some reason I have a feeling they would refurb MDMC before Cyclone. I only say that given it looks like it would be an easier job for them. Cyclone - retheme the whole queue building, add/repair air con/fans fresh paint, station upgrade so it's not just a tin shed, improve station entry if possible, new cars maybe? MDMC - it's already bike themed, basically they could just rename it to MC and give it a coat of paint and some new signs. Surely the MD contract would be ending soon wouldn't it?

This went like a lot of complaints I've seen on forums of late. 1 - person embellishes story 2 - posts about it online looking for support to make them feel better 3 - gets angry when no one pats them on the head and tells them they're right.

I don't think there's a ride at any park on the coast that couldn't use a fix up.

So basically exactly the same but with paddleboards.....

I have no intention of buying as I don't have any want/need/disposable cash for them, I was more curious as to what the park was selling them for but I was half way though dinner and didn't word the post properly at all correctly.

Photography is only like 10% the gear that you use though. Out of interest, what gear are you using?
