  1. That means evil within would have to be in either scooby queue or the WWF tents which seems unlikely considering it would be quite a large maze.
  2. Too be honest that tent at the back of WWF seems like a likely location.
  3. There's a massive area behind scooby as well where the fire escapes are. It's highly unlikely but they could have grabbed another sound stage.
  4. WhiteWater World: Max 15 mins Dreamworld: -Wipeout - 1 - 2 Cycles -Claw - 2 Cycles -Cyclone - 30 mins - 1hr -TOT2 - 45 mins - 1hr -GD - 10 - 20 mins -River Rapids - 40 mins -Log Ride - 30 - 50 mins -Motocoaster - 40 mins - 1hr (They are only running 1 train these holidays cause the 2nd train is having maintenance off track so things take forever, the wait signs in the queue lie) -Buzzsaw - 10 -40 mins (Very short queue right at the end of the day) -Tail Spin - Anything up to 30 mins Movie World: Arkham - Walk on at the start of the day but expect to wait an average of 40 for the most of the day. GL - 30 - 40 mins Superman - Depends if they are running 1 or 2 trains. 1 Train = Up to 90 mins. 2 Trains = 30 mins - 1hr. WWF - Depends on the weather. Scooby - 30 - 50 mins most of the day. Things become more quiet after the parade though. Wet n Wild: No more than 20 mins when you don't count the constrictor.
  5. Single rider is pointless when the line is twice as long as the main queue.
  6. In what way did they fix the single rider queue? Apart from emptying the damn thing every second cycle I can't think of any way they could.
  7. Having a guy running around on a Segway yelling out blunt jokes and giving a running commentary while people are on a ride on a loudspeaker is hardly an enjoyable experience. Too be honest I'd rather they put an extra attendant on Cyclone to speed things up a heap rather than spending it on that thing. Oh, and Dreamworld being Dreamworld, they disabled the water cannons on Wipeout I have no idea if it's permanent but that's what it was like today.
  8. Ok, just came back from DW. Tail Spin was amazing, 32 spins in one cycle. I think I broke the record somehow. In regards to the single rider queue it's almost always pointless. One time I was lucky and there was nobody in the single rider queue so I jumped in and got on in one cycle but that was lucky. The Motocoaster also has a single rider queue that is about as bad as Tail Spin's. They moved general entry to the old pole lane and made the old general entry single rider. They were also only running one train which is BS considering that it's school holidays. The fun police guy was also doing commentary on the Tail Spin ride from within the queue one time when it was raining which pissed a ton of people off. (obviously the fun police refused to get wet)
  9. I'll be at WWW tomorrow, I might be able to get pics but no guarantee.
  10. Question: Is it really a problem? The images are there, he is not promoting an external site whatsoever.
  11. Why do you need a vip pass. I'm confident that entry is included with the tours.
  12. Hi, 1. I don't really know anything about early entry so I can't help you with that. 2. If you are arriving for the regular opening time aim to arrive approx 9:45 - 9:50. They start letting people in at 10am If you have prepaid tickets it shouldn't take too long to get in. 3. It really comes down to how busy the individual day is. I've never found it necessary as queues usually don't exceed 30 mins and a pretty short at the start and end of the day. (Rides like Cyclone and TOT2 you'd want to do at the start and end of the day) 4. All the rides have storage boxes at the station to put your items in at no cost. Queueing riders don't have access to the area so they are pretty secure. (For someone to steal your stuff it would have to be while you're watching) 5. All loose articles must be removed and placed in the boxes at the stations.
  13. So you expect him to go to the theme parks just to sit on a bench all day.....
  14. The claw is open and operating so the work is being done outside of park hours. There's also temporary fencing around the garden on the end facing the Hot Dog stand and Cyclone.
  15. I was at Dreamworld today, pretty quiet however a few things have happened. Firstly the claw is getting a re paint everywhere except the top motor area. Approximately half of the ride has had it's paint stripped and is a dull grey. Anyway the central column for tail spin us up as well as the main control hut. (The control room isn't the one pictured in 'themagician's' photos but is behind it instead.) They seem to be using a reasonable amount of themeing (Nice job DR) as there is a medium sized plane model as well as some other bits and pieces in the area with the Vortex's parts. MDMC is also missing a train (Not operation and not in the maintenance bay). Sorry, no photos as I only had my 4th gen iPod with me which is extremely fuzzy.
  16. The main thing I see wrong with cyclone is the loading procedure. It bugs me how they check 1 side, swap to the other side of the platform and then go back. Couldn't they simply check both sides at the same time from the booth end?
  17. TOT2 down all day today, got it working at about 4pm (Launched Successfully) but they couldn't be stuffed opening it. From what a could hear it was a timing issue as you could hear the car accelerate but never come out of the tunnel.
  18. For Zanstabar: Around the 2nd to 8th week of the QLD school terms on weekdays or Saturday if you can't make weekdays. Also the days with Fright Nights after them are pretty good as they run the parks in holiday mode with 2 trains on superman despite being in the down season. The week before Christmas is also pretty sweet as the vast majority of visitors are small kids. Also try to avoid times with AA, SE or GL down. Because when GL or SE is down AA is packed. And when AA is down SE is packed. (Sorry about the massive amount of abbreviations.)
  19. NIck, it's funny you say that there was a few people at Wet N Wild because it was actually pretty much dead on Saturday when I was there. (Good weather day) Max 10min queues, Mach 5, Surfrider and AquaLoop walk on all day. Also I noticed from the Mach 5 Tower that a strange wall made to look like a cliff face is being built on the back wall of Sound Stage 7 Facing Wet N Wild.
  20. Also I suspect Lot 23 is the old superman steam boiler! Is Lot 130 the bed from walking dead maze at fright nights 2013 or some Bermuda themeing? Lot 68 seems to explain why they changed superman seats to uncomfortable leather ones.
  21. In regards to mickey's comment that's actually not what happened. Below is the sequence that actually happened: 1. Train arrives back from 1st ride. 2. Platform comes up 3. Attendant checks just our 2 harnesses again (They aren't released btw) 4. Controller flicks the gates switch so the quarter open then close again. (Most likely to satisfy the computer) 5. Platform goes down. 6. Both hit the dual buttons and the train is re-dispatched.
  22. In regards to what's above from my experiences they let you re-ride if there is no queue on every ride except for superman and Scooby due to the 2 platforms. They do need to re check your harnesses though. On a dead day recently I got 3 circuits of Arkham then when a few people showed up they just put me back behind the gates and gave me last preference on seats.
