  1. At least they're putting it up on FB to see, and utilise some of the traffic boards to update people of the situation both today and yesterday boards of cumberland highway and great western highway (near Eastern Creek/Rooty Hill) say that wnw carpark is full, avoid area, use pt if possible and they've hired some of those trailer signs as well just before reservoir road/prospect highway in both directions. I spose I'm lucky that I got my 3 visits in... things are getting hectic.
  2. 45 mins iirc for T5 on Monday that just passed. Bearable lines for the breakers, typhoon etc. I've only see one pair push in on the 3 days I've been there.
  3. Yeah there are quite a few of them on that ride, I've seen large groups of life guards being trained though so hopefully they have enough for the park to be fully operational. Is the action river the RHS of the loop, because that was open on the Monday preview session, can't say that it was any more aggressive or anything, as far as I can remember at least. Here's a link of a workers description of what's going on from reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/sydney/comments/1sovi7/what_did_you_think_of_wet_n_wild/cdzxt0x
  4. 360 Rush does have scales at the bottom in the line for the yellow/blue jackets used to reduce friction.| An attendant does indeed check your weight. So if you're over 135kg they won't let you on. H2GO Racers doesn't have a scale but does have the same weight limit, technically the entrance is the same... Having a look on FB some people haven't successfully completed 360 rush and loose momentum through the 360 bend and have to be removed from the bottom door. Ride restrictions are here: http://wetnwildsydney.com.au/plan-my-day.aspx#!ride-restrictions ------------ So been here 3 times (inclusive of one preview session). It's good but it looks like they are understaffed as boomerang bay was closed due to lack of life guards on Monday. I enjoyed T5 the most, and the two slides next to it, boomerang bay is great for a chill when lines are long, breakers are meh. Still have a few rides that I haven't had the chance of going on. The entire length of Boomerang Bay needs to be opened, there was a grate that had been dislodged last monday, but was still operational but that side has been sectioned off and the speed/aggressiveness of the water needs to be dialled up I'll comment on the food now available there now, all experiences are at the surf club/deck... (Prices are inclusive of 10% gold pass discount) Peri Peri chicken combo $14.40: Chips are lacking salt but otherwise decent. Burger is ok but a bit bland, though I'm not a fan of Peri Peri/Nandos so maybe some bias there. Chicken Fingers combo $9: Chicken is dry. Chicken Supreme pizza - $9: Worst choice ever, about the size of a personal size pizza hut pizza, very very bland, not even cut into slices... definitely do not recommend. The store next to the surf deck has fruit cups, ice cream (magnums $5), soft drinks (coke 600ml? $4.50), muffins, "gourmet" pies and pizza. I haven't checked out the other food stalls. I look forward to visiting again, can't wait till all the bugs have been worked out. ---------- Does anyone have any recommendations on securing keys without paying for a locker? Do you guys use a surfers lock (http://www.surfstitch.com/product/far-king-key-safe) or a water proof case or something while on rides? Cheers
  5. Zoom out (CONTROL button while pressing - button). The website has scaling issues.
