Movie world have posted photos of the installation of the statues

Aqualoop seems to have closed for good. The ride has been removed off Wet N Wild’s park map as well as attractions list

I think vintage cars will be retired in current location until new vintage cars open in Rivertown. You can see tree took out part of roof of the load/unload and it wouldn’t surprise me if there was a ride vehicle that was under the wreckage.

This is part of the kangaroo island masterplan which was originally announced back in 2009 as a 20 year development.

Nothing has actually changed from when last photo was posted on the 15th April, but it’s good to get a closer look.

Dreamland will have a LifeSize model near the entrance with new characters for dreamworld. There is also mention of getting wet similar to the former dreamworks display.

All Atlantis attractions have now been removed from maintenance page, anyone there able to confirm if they actually are open.

Maintenance page has it closed tomorrow as well due to high winds.

I’m in line at the entrance and the winds are extreme almost 40km/h and I have doubts on trident opening today especially when it could reach over 60km/h wind.

With With the vintage cars moving, they are also updating the attraction with new vehicles.

Movie world one has flood risk very high right through where they want to build their hotel, which will definitely affect there chances to get approval to build in that location.

It been confirmed to open on the 2nd of dec costing $30pp

I have reached out to Sea World and they are looking into it but you would think customer service team would know about this upcharge experience 2 weeks out from opening. Will post update when they find out more information.

Has anyone else noticed they with the opening date announcement, video and website, they are not advertising the backward seat for leviathan at all, it’s not even listed on the website anymore. Obviously the train has the backwards seat but could they be delaying that experience at the moment.

It would look better if the head was painted at least with the eyes and mouth, it’s abit bland completely silver/gray. The rest of the statue has great detail.

There are 3 or 4 new floats themed to different countries. I was there for filming a few weeks ago and it was a good surprise to see them bring some new changes to the event.

huge changes to car park with new sections to be built but the hotel does take away a large section for the hotel. Also if you look closely cars and buses no longer drive past the entrance instead all vehicles turn at the current spot at green lantern with a new bus bay to be built as well and it does appear that they are planning on upgrading the entrance area with removal of the roads and a bridge from the hotel near the entrance of the park. .

It looks like it could be a maintenance nightmare, given that it’s the first of it kind and that it features seats that move up and down as the coaster travels around the course. It’s definitely not a coaster that was expected but it might be a great coaster only time will tell when it gets built.

It appears the photo would be between 1982-1987 as I can still see the bumper boats which closed 1987, which were located between Vikings revenge track and the corkscrew coaster opened 1982.
