  1. Giant drop West used to have a ‘double’ drop. You would drop probaly 10m then slow and then continue down the tower.
  2. Sorry but you 2 are just stupid. I metionioned it was Dreamworld, and that it is the king Jillian theatre in the wild. There was never any looney tunes show and never any fright night event or mazes happening at Dreamworld.
  3. I did not see it with my eyes but via some entertainment staffs social media.
  4. Dreamworld are currently installing new lighting for the king Julian theatre and they just have the actors up the ladders screwing lights in to doing all the wiring and connecting. Shouldn’t you have speacialized staff or contractors to do this????
  5. Where I have said hydronic I was meant to say hydraulic
  6. Mick Doohan had a massive hydronic fluid “spray out” last year and needed the hydronic launch lines to be reinstalled. Also can’t say I have seen every seat open on each train in the last few years, there is always harnesses out of use. As for HWSW they only really need to pull the train apart and re-grease the lift chain when they do manual maintenance and maby check the brakes lock properly.
  7. Lot of work was happening around Buzzsaw, so hopefully it won’t be long. also GD WEST looking like it will reopen soon
  8. @-nick.white.1543 I know it’s not my question to answer but I am gonna anyway. The DW Express takes you through all the ancient / not operating attractions and so it’s a “History Lesson” 😂🤣😂🤣😂
  9. Hello my very dumb stupid friend, 1. i have emailed Maurer Rides and the out come is they do not produce any of the rides that I have listed as per the email below! Due to the great expense they no longer produce the x-train / skyloop coasters due to cost. So now I am calling Bullshit on you. 2. Dreamworld probaly didn’t know they were gonna stop producing the product so it’s kinda just loads more bad luck for them at the moment.
  10. Unsure if this fence is related to Buzzsaw, however I think Buzzsaw will remain closed for a very long time. For unknow reasons Maurer no longer makes any rides that contain: * X-Train * Lap Bars * Vertical Lifts It seems interesting that they still make all the other coasters though. Dreamworld are probably now scratching their heads as what do we do with it because they have learnt that they need to have the manufacturer approve design modifications and assist with annual maintenance as well as provide specific parts to fix the ride. Could be a long time before we get to "take a spin on the Buzzsaw" again and that's only IF the issues get resolved.
  11. The Perter Brok shed could potentially be used as another Disney ripoff ride. The shed is the perfect size for a Intamin tow boat ride. https://intaminworldwide.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/tow_boat_ride_web.pdf Instead of "Its A Small Word", We could get: * Its A Dreamworld - Based off dreamworld. - Or based of DreamWorks movies/characters. Lets hope the Dreamworld management don't read this because they would probably do this. The best option would be to create the Big 11 Thrill Rides. The Chance Rides Unicoaster 2.0 would be the absolute best thing to place in the shed. https://www.chancerides.com/unicoaster2/ Its been 4 years since the last thrill ride and I think they need to really think about getting another thrill ride very soon!
  12. Now roachie, people have told me this numerous times so I am gonna tell you. Do not re-quote text from the message above your one because it’s just continuing the conversation.
  13. Looks like the tower has closed again🤬
  14. Tower opened on Sunday instead of today and the claw still remains closed.
  15. The only person I would appoint for CEO ( if you want an Aussie ) is Mark Shaw. AWARDS Adventure World: Hall of Fame inductee Adventure World: Winners- Excellence Customer Service Adventure World: Finalist- Major Attraction Adventure World- Kraken water slide Adventure World: Customer Service Awards Adventure World: Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards Adventure World: Abyss Marketing awards & International Marketing award for best TVC "World Water Parks " Magazine http://www.biscuit.net.au/
  16. He could probably get a bigger payout now, but if he waited there probably wouldn’t be much money for him.
  17. Sorry just went through pictures and that seems to be what the whole is
  18. All these seats out of action I believe the park is being cheap. They just leave everything broken and then fix it all at once. Also think they have stopped the overnight maintenance teams which means the seats won’t be fixed until planed maintenance. Pretty well every ride today had 1-2 seats locked out. however the claw should not have 8 seats out already because it’s just had its strip down and rebuild. Park probably not wanting to spend money on new parts so instead it’s cheaper just to close the seat.
  19. To be honest he only ride that will reopen is the claw and possibly tower but all the others are still in pieces and not looking very ready to open when they are meant to.
  20. DREAMWORLD UPDATE: Buzzsaw = closed Tower Of Terror = closed but testing all day Claw = closed with multiple seats still locked out Moto Coaster = very slow operation with multiple seats locked out Wipeout = extremely slow operation with multiple seats locked out Pandamonium = closed MOVIEWORLD UPDATE: Dc Rivals = 2 train operation Green Lantern = closed with test dummies on board Justic League = probably 20+ carts on track Superman = 2 train Arkham = closed with a big hole in the wall at the load station Both parks have been extremely busy throughout today probably due to passes finishing today. However it’s quite wrong for the parks to have major attractions closed for school holidays.
  21. hahahaha so true!!! Anyone seen any action recently with Green Lantern?
  22. TOT is only 5* days? Not much could be getting done.
  23. this video shows the old turn table how ever the new stop start system is already installed. But all the slats are there on the conveyer with no gaps.
  24. The tt2 probably only parks on point 10% of the time. It is very rare for me to have it park the first time and I go almost every weekend. Also the new/re-purposed Lims have made it a rough ride back to the station. back to the breakdowns it have its probably open a total of 2-3 hours out of the 7 hour day.
