My god that video of JL is terrible. That ride needs to retired. Bring back the Batman simulator or perhaps something like Spideman 4D from Universal Studio's themed to DC? Wishful thinking

Have to agree with Brad, took the fam there last week, 3 hours and we left, dreamworld yesterday and possibly today and we stayed from open till about 3, kids loved it, Movieworld is on a terrible downwards spiral.

Brown track dark green supports will blend well with the concept scenery they are trying to achieve.

Imo, more excited to see Rivertown. My family are definitely enjoying dreamworld lately over Movieworld. More space, better atmosphere etc.
Excited for both don’t get me wrong.

I don’t understand what could be the issue, a simple hydraulic door release system. I rode it day 1 and then again 1 year later, the later bloody hurt your back. But yeah don’t understand why they would get rid of it? Safety once again being to full on in Australia?

Have to agree. We have yearly passes to both, we always find ourselves at dreamworld. Great for the kids, better atmosphere and handles the crowds better.
if they only had a water ride and another decent coaster Dreamworld would be on top. Drove past yesterday and the car park was full which is good to see

Was a wild storm here last night in the northern GC.

A person who claimed to have worked there posted on social media that it was hard to get parts for the ride hence the decision to shut it down.
but as stated it was always a rough ride, enjoyable but your back copped it afterwards

In my opinion, 1 day at Disney land is enough, save another day for Disneysea (the better of the two) imo and definetely try and get to Fuji Q. USJ definitely requires more than a day

Sounds promising. I’ve always wanted to ride the Hagrid coaster over in the states. Something with shows etc whilst on the ride. 35 million seems like a good budget

I'm a local with a wife and 3 kids, 8,3 and 1. I think the price hike is fair. We live 10 minutes away and go all the time. Especially in summer of an afternoon after school.
And if the investments keep coming in then I'm happy to pay.

2026 Japan Park Trip = Any Tips?

Imo disneysea over Disney land if you can only do 1. Tokyo tower is amazing, Shinjuku is a nice city, Akiharbara is cool to see, plus we did a heap of tours to, Mt Fuji tour and to see the nuclear bomb museum was an eye opener. We are going again in 2025.
