I kind of imagine DW's ride selection process for about the past couple of decades has been to jump on a ride manufacturer's website, click sort by lowest price, then click add to cart on the top result.

Buzzsaw is a classic example of that.

DW: Guys, we might actually have to put some proper money down for this new ride

Mack: Hey, we have a half price coaster someone else pulled out of

DW: Eveything is coming up Milhouse!

Really? Fuckwit? Are you a child?

and I’ll await my stupid prize...

You guys need to take a fkn chill pill. You know nothing about me or what I do.

Please, enlighten us then. I'm sure there's many drone experts here who would be happy to be proven wrong if you are indeed the new DW drone person who's also allowed to upload the content to only your own Youtube channel.

Sadly - after changing it once in 17 years, I’ve used up my free name changes for a while.

perhaps if we had a “fatland” we could have manufacturers begin to design rides to accommodate more than the 5’2”-5’10”, 70-90kg, narrow shouldered females they currently model every harness on...

Best part about being 6'2 and 55kg is that I can easily be folded in half to fit on most human sized rides.

I can't believe I was dumb enough to wait 3 hours for Rivals... 💀

Technically I possibly waited about that long or more for Rivals on it's first day of technical rehearsals. It was such an exciting time and the mob of people made it entertaining so I barely noticed we were waiting there most of the day. I'll only do stupid wait times like that for something that's really worth it, like Rivals or Flight of Passage

JDude95 the group in question are a great bunch of kids that have good fun and do the best they can, I don’t believe I get treated like god and not sure where you get this from. Nonetheless i don’t need any attention from anyone at this stage of my career. Connect and send me a DM on one of my social channels and I will meet with you so you can clearly see that my aspirations are not godly and I really don’t give a damn about what people think or how they treat me, be respectful and treat everyone fairly and be nice. You don’t have to have a million followers for me to comment on your platform, I do what I feel at any given moment and comment where I wish to, take care buddy and relax and look at things differently with positivity.

The level of intelligence astounds me, oops I forgot, I thought I was on #MAFS 😂 just kidding, yes I know my whereabouts. Take care buddy.

Not gonna lie. I'd love to catch up with you and i've stated that in the past. I'm sure i'm not the only one, as sometimes you're a cool person to talk to even if we don't agree, such as, I'm still not too happy about your initial opinions on COVID. I'm fully aware people can change though as I'm quite close friends with some of the very people on this forum that I used to massively butt heads with.
I would just like to remind you that I was blocked from your Facebook account at some point so that may make our planned "lunch date" a bit harder to schedule. We were friends on Facebook pre 2020 strangely enough.

On the not having a million followers, that generally just means I don't have to be as careful with that I say due to not being a public figure but i'm sure you're all over that by now as you've been in the public for a while now.

Trust me, you don't want to go there...

Anyway, Let's put crap aside and have lunch like big boys sometime? Is the food at Dockside still good?

Nail on the head.... Disney has long queues, especially for the newest attractions... but you don't FEEL like you're waiting because there's plenty of stuff to keep you occupied. The queues are just about as repeatable as the rides.

Radiator Springs Racers opened in June 2012. We visited in April 2013 and it was still selling out fastpasses within 20 minutes of rope drop. Queues were routinely more than 2 hours for standby. We got a FP and queued in Standby and the amount of easter eggs, activities\interactives, themed signs and stories to read, and great ride-overview spots throughout - it felt like maybe half an hour? (Then it had a ride stoppage when we were 12 people from the front, but that's another story).

Meanwhile, back on the GC.... Anyone that's visited Movie World during peak times can finish the following:

    "Hello and welcome...."

Granted, about 2.5-3 hours of that was queued in the actual park because the attraction was overflowed to hell. I also only now realise the ride had only been open 5 months so a 5 hour wait probably wasn't too bad. Once I got inside the actual queue for the ride and not the overflow, it felt like it went quick because it was so detailed and immersive. Even with standing in line for hours, I still didn't get to take in all of the detail in the queues.

  7. Let's hope it's some form of Wet'n'Wild master plan as that could really use one. MW would use some love in various places but If he's hinting at more work on MW then I'd dare say this will be a whole new precinct that has a large scope, like Atlantis does.

Also I doubt HP rights are going anywhere as Universal are currently building their 4rd Orlando gate that will have further HP related areas in it so they would want to keep it pretty locked to their parks.

  8. Yeah, it's not like the coaster was built and sitting in Germany until they found a new park to buy it. A lot of the layout is similar because it only required slight changes to fit in the DW plot. A little redesign is cheaper and easier than having to start over from scratch. Asian park had a design and a manufacturing spot lined up with Mack and suddenly couldn't pay for it.
When you go to a company asking for a coaster and they offer one in half the time at a reduced price because someone else already did all the R&D plus deposits. You'd be crazy not to.
Without blowing smoke up Greg Yongs ass, his previous relationship with Mack and theme park experience would have  helped secure this too.
