Pass holders are likely to continue to visit as they've already made the investment (well at least until mid-year when the free time DW added to everyone's passes expires). what DW need to do is target and find ways to increase tourist visitation, and non-pass holder locals. Some freshened facilities won't do that.

We all understand your taste in rides and experiences @pushbutton And as you state, I'm sure you are not alone... but I'm sure even you can recognise that a ride of this magnitude and stature increases the pulling power of not just MW but all GC theme parks as tourists usually do more than 1 on a visit. The additional revenue from holidays makers and increased annual pass sales is what will pay for future attractions like your longed for new dark ride.

I seriously doubt that's the case. we've had terrible weather for almost the entirety of the downtime, so maintenance works were likely delayed

Actually rode DD for the first time yesterday. Have to say I quite enjoyed it! Could certainly do with an extra couple revolutions in each direction to extend the ride time, but it's an enjoyable flat. Wasn't absorbing much of a crowd though, I had to wait 10mins for 3 other people as I was the only one waiting and they need 4 to run it haha

No idea who the first 2 you posted are, and that's coming from a dc fan. As for catwoman, that's such a traditional costume that only fans of the comics or the old Adam West Batman series would have a clue who she is. Especially given she isn't the same version you meet in the park

Six flags is in a MUCH larger market, with a lot more comic book reads per capita compared to Australia (don't ask me for stats, I'm basing it on physical comic book store #s) The majority of the other heroes and villains are represented by rides amongst their parks, so they are running out of ideas/themes i don't believe Bizarro has ever been the theme of the signature/flagship coaster in any park, it's been on a supplemental attraction. Bizarro is a terrible idea.

Harley (and Margot) was no doubt the standout from Suicide Squad, and will be seen in the sequel and Gotham Sirens movies in coming years. Do I see them bringing the SS version of Harley to MW? I'd love to see it but it may be a little risqué? No?? If you tried to do a toned-down version, then you're diluting the linkage. We're also yet to see any of the dc themed attractions have their theme or imagery linked to the film universe, it's all been from the more traditional comic base.
