  1. Further to the original post, I'm surprised how hard pics of the Moore Park Easter Show are to find. Google image search doesn't find anything.
  2. So, anyone with photos from the Moore Park era? Also on that, was there any books published about the show?
  3. Anyone have any links? Would love to see a collection of photos from the old show, especially from late 80s - 90s.
  4. anyone find some pictures of the set up?
  5. wow that is very cool, any more news on this, google doesn't being anything up.
  6. thanks, i remember they even sold showbags - a Hulk Hogan WWF one comes to mind. They also had one of those 'loopers' that every carnival seemed to have at that time.
  7. Can anyone remember when they used to have rides down at Darling Harbour where Cockle Bay wharf is now? Did it have a park name or was it just a collection of random carnival rides?
  8. OZshowkid said he saw it, Maybe he did just mean in a warehouse - i thought he meant he saw it in operation at a fare.
  9. wow! 2 years on and it seems we may be going to see this ride soon... Where was it seen in Melbourne? Turbo X hey... Anyone been able to find pics of the newly 'pimped' ride?
  10. hmmmm poor turbo when will it grace the Sydney show again? stops holding breath.
  11. still waiting for its return, any news?
  12. it used to be a staple. Remember it very well at moore park.
  13. the twin flip, i noticed it was smoking at the Sydney Show, figured that was weird...
