ok in regards to the reading glasses they may be warn thru the line but must be placed into a white shoppin basket before boarding the ride that basket is then taken thru to the unload dock.. SE is currently trialing a loose items program which allows u to ride with items in zipped, walcrow or buttom pockets also wallets in back pockets are now ok.. but this trial is lookin very bad at the moment with ALOT of stuff lost on the ride.. in regards to the 'attendants forcing sumone to use a locker' that is incorrect lasrger items can be left in a locker or with a non riding friend/ family member... under no circumstances are the staff told they must make ppl use lockers. if anything they try to get ppl no to cuz they nhate the idea of ppl havin to pay for a locker to ride. hope that answers alot of questions

the reason there is no one dressed at superman is because DC comics have a rule with superman 'superman can only be seen flying' thus the reason on superman escape coaster it has the black doors which close over the superman figure on the back of the train so no one can see him, at least very well. so the reason there is no superman with the justice league is cause he can only be seen flying. im not sure if the person filming had thought about it alot but the reason those staff members are so harsh to those carryin loose objects is cause they dnt seem to care about the safety of others watchin out side or fellow riders not to mention the multi-million $$ ride. any loose item being lauched at 100km/hr is a death waiting to happen. even item such as a $1 coin being lauched at 100km/hr is enuf to kill sumone so all i have to say to this person is IDIOT

What? Do you think that would suggest yet another new ride? If so... go Movie World!! No wonder Dreamworld is adding off-beat little attractions like the FlowRider, they just can't compete with Movie World when it comes to new REAL rides at the moment

no im not sure about a new ride but i think it wud ne a good idea espcially in the west area but nothing has been decided on that yet as far as im aware

Oh ok I didnt know that sorry, Move world is gonna look so cool when you walk through the arch. I have an idea for the bat wing escape. There should be small buildings around it making it look like the scum parts of Gotham city and the operators quickly tell you to get on because of the water fragments are poisonous and making everyone crazy (batman begins) and there should be a fake hall way and water pipes should be going against the wall bursting with just smoke making it like the poisonous water spray. Then you go up to get away from it and while you go up the whole room is filled up with smoke. By the way I think they should update the batman virtual ride. it should be changed with people in the batmobile trying to blow up the train track while dodging buildings and going over big jumps which I think would be fun, and at the same time both rides have something in common. Just some ideas.

Only problem i think they will face with this ride where themeing is concerned is the lack of space it is such a small area. i mean it looks a fair size now but once ya get the que rails and the actual ride in there im guessing there wouldnt be much room at all. coming from an employees point of view i think there spending there money in the wrong areas wild west area needs a major face lift, 'wild west bugers' is due for total recon in the near future some time but they need some thing up that way to possible replace boot hill grave yard possibly maybe even the arcade as i find it a waste of space i hardly ever see anyone up there at all really however i guess they know what there doing right? haha

its not speculation, if u visit movie world any time soon u will notice that to the right of the bat man 2 ride entrace (the old movie magic que rails ) area is now being pulled down to make way for the new ride.its been said that movie world was waiting for all containers, equiptment etc to arrive before starting any errection of the ride site, therefor makin the errection of the ride alot faster. well i'll let u's all visit movie world and see the progress ya selves, just wanted to clear that up

ok guys this is about my last post on here for ever cause i see its becomming a rather agressive area in which ppl are posting remarks which are completely outta tone. and being a WVTP employee once my self those of you who are not need to sit down, shut up and read on. as u know little if not none of what goes on behind those doors all u have is speculations and what we say. and the point made about the ride being secret and the managers caring, bullsh*t i have lost count of the amout of times ive over heard food an bev supervisors talking to guest about the new ride and lets face it if WVTP managers where that worries about the word getting out they wouldn't tell there staff. full stop.HOWEVER i do agree with richard take the lil bits of info we drop and use em how ever ya feel cause wen we say 'NO MORE' we mean NO MORE. well fact is after the other day i am no longer a cast member for WVTP as i have quit to move on to bigger and better things cya guys

ha ha ha ha i dont think so considering i have only worked on SDSC once and that was for training. i try to aviod that coaster at all cost and so far doing a dam good job fridays. sats and sundays im usually in the village

Hi guys letting you know that a drawing of the new ride is now up in the staff area of warner bros movie world. the pic shows that the ride will be places between batman ride and the new superman ride where a gueing station now stands from the old movie magic. also no construction has yet been started. the speculated name for the ride is 'The Batwing Escape' or some thing of that nature i know its 'batwing' summit lol well hope that give ya sum insight.

hi as an employee of Warner Village Theme Parks and being based at movie world, i some times work night in the bar at 'AOS' i cant assure you that no dust would be flicked up in such a fashion to land in ya meal, before people are entered into the arena area the sand is soaked by over head sprinklers

Hi guys it has been mentioned that the new ride coming to movie world mid next year is a reverse up ward propelled tower similar to giant drop but in stead of winching you to the top this one will propel you up ward at speed then drop you the same as the giant drop, this info was passed to me by a supervisor but havent seen any other evidnece saying anything about it, so just thought i'd let you guys know and see wht you's think? I personally think it would be cool. cool to see as its an unusual one and cool to ride, like nothing else i've been on well anyways what do we think guys ?

GAZZA, i printed your sketch for the new design of SE to the right people, although they say there are really good ideas in it (and that i agree) with such a company who really know what they will do i mean i went into the staff dining area yesterday and everything was normal went in there today and a wall was missing with no sign of construction so i eman these places have a weird way of working. so even thought these idea's were passed on please dont hold your breath, MW EMPLOYEE

Hey Goliath, there is no 'SCHEDULED' maintenance on superman but keep in mind that being a new ride 'fine' tuning will be expected for the next few months so if for some reason it is shut chances are it will open later, also keep in mind superman DOES NOT OPERATE with passengers in rain. Well, i wonder if the lockers could be set for a really small value (10c) or be designed to give up a $1 coin so its more like a deposit (kind of like the trollys at Aldi) Also, just one other little idea that popped into my head (but it would be expensive) would be to make the big long straight section of queue from the entrace look like a stationary travelator.

Gazza, as said my another person here the lockers dont actually belong to movie world and are non profit machines, in fact we as warner village pay a small fee so we can supply them to the public as i found out today while at work, Gazza i do believe you were the one who redesigned the que lines for super man correct? if so i would prob have a better chance at forwarding that on to a higher figure, if interested feel free to let me know and i'll see what i can do. You have a few good ideas altho there is one problem with is i see, the entrance during busy periods wouldnt work as we would have people pushing from 3 lines into 1 line at the end which would cause dramas MW EMPLOYEE

I know this has probably been asked 1000 times before, so i apologise in advance. When would be the best time to visit movie world. I want to go at a time where the wait for superman would be five minutes or less. Any particular month, or week of the month where Movie World is dead? Thanks.

Wait, so are you tall with the middle of your hair sort of spiked up? I remember this paticular person giving the crowd a lecture that even a 5c piece is dangerous and if you have one you will be sent to the back. And anyway, the only reason the queue rails are there is so the queue uses the space in the most efficent manner, if they werent there guests would probably just line up down one wall and the queue would end up stretching all the way past the lockers. I dont really think its a saftey issue unless they are hurdling, a simple duck under is ok. So, as an employee, are you able to find out why they decided to charge for the lockers on the ride? also are you in a position to give feedback about the ride to managment (Eg, that they should ditch the fee) One last thing, is it fun working on the ride, and also, how much experience do you need to work on it?

hi GAZZA, well in reply to your message, no one who works there knows the true reason for the lockers being charged for, some of us do think its a little to much but rumour has it that most if not all new rides will have this system due to the rising amount of theift underway in such holding boxes as lethal weapon. we have asked about removing the fee but with these such lockers the fee cannot be removed completely. and in regards to working there yes it is fun like i mean you have your good and bad days but mostly its pretty cruisy, but for information purposes i am unable to display my real name. as an employee of warner village i have signed a contract sayin i must always withhold information regarding this kind of info from 3rd parties, sorry.
