I'm guessing Paul is referring to the two reverse cycle daikin air conditioners that are in the first, "grey" half of the tot. These are always turned on low, probably because someone has nicked of with the controller.

Yeah, those are the ones. These are in the area i called "Walk in Refrigirator, or cool room" style as it actually looks like one.

Lastly, there's a floor fan they got recently for the last part upstairs. Advanced technology indeed.

Hmmm, I think he is referring to the fans they have at the top section, there are about 3 or 4 household-like fans on the floor, tilted up so that you get a slight breeze. But I could be wrong though
