well, since my current situation has changed, thats not a bad idea. I will team up with Mickazee to produce some really nice professional covers with image and information of the park too. lets have a vote... what do you think the going rate should be? bear in mind the work that will be going into it... perhaps - Richard, do you reckon we could put this up on cafe press?

What is the nature of the content? Is/was it commercially available and purchased by the park, or was it written exclusively for the park? Selling copyrighted content through Cafepress could cause all sorts of legal issues. In bootleg trading, there's a thing called B&P (blanks and postage). What happens is people will send the required number of blank CDs and a self-addressed stamped return envelope to the person who has the bootlegs. The person burns the CDs and mails them back. No exchange of money takes place, and no laws are broken (in the context of trading of bootlegs - I don't know about this Wonderland stuff). I'd suggest doing it this way. I'll leave this for you guys to work out. If you do want to share them as compressed MP3s, then feel free to email the files to me. I can't guarantee that I will put them up, but if it seems legally sound enough, then I may put them on the site for all to see. See the Contribute page for a suitable email address.

hey Richard, with the exception of the "Wonderland Song" by 911, all the other songs are production music, licensed to be used freely, particularly by producers, advertisers etc. in another thread on here we talked about how some of this music had been used as backing for television commercials. I can say for a fact that the 911 version of the Wonderland song has legal copyright ownership. the remaining songs are devoid of copyright and are in the public domain. the only other song i could imagine that would be subject to copyright is the theme song used on their 1991 tv ad. I can't imagine sunway renewing the copyright to it, so the original copyright would expire in 2005, provided that the copyright application was made in 1990, pre-broadcast of the commercial.
