Alex that information is well known. The staff were told about plans for a business park at the beginning of 2002. There was even a model of the layout in the reception area of the admin building. Basically the business park was as it currently is at the entrance but would extend up behind the back of the park and all the way around to the area between Demon and the M4. There were even plans for a big new entrance to the park where the roundabout was built when the new road was put in (current site access).
