Themeing Design Companies

Just wondering if anyone knows which companies get involved in the design of rides in terms of themeing etc (rather than the 'actual' engineering of the ride)? I'm assuming each ride/attraction is individually outsourced to a company rather than an in-house design etc (as with Disney's Imagineering)?

There is an interesting site devoted to Thematic Design here: http://www.themedattraction.com/ and has plenty of stuff focused on Disney. Also, along with the other two Australian thematic design companies, another one is Can Create ( http://www.cancreate.com/ ), this was the company responsible for the Main St hot dog at DW  Personally, I don't really like much of the work of any of the Australian firms, the WVTP owned parks seemed to have achieved more doing it in house. Though Thinkwell ( http://www.thinkwelldesign.com ) is a company I like the work of.

Ahh. Forgot about www.themedattraction.com. Used to visit it all the time a few years ago.

What stuff has been/is designed by WVTP 'in house'? Does anyone know who was involved in the design of Scooby Doo? I'm assuming it may have been related back to the production designer of the movie? IMO, Scooby Doo has the best theming of any ride in Australia (WWF would be equal or second - though WWF's 'ride' aspect isn't as good).
