Would Seaworld survive as a theme park without the animals?

4 posts in this topic

Well I can't see why not. It's only 5 mins from the centre of Surfers, and doesn't have any neighbours to worry about (except SW Nara). Although the only time they didn't have animals (about 6 months in 1971) they nearly went bankrupt. It's hard to imagine since the animals are such an important part of what the park is.

It depends what you mean. If all the animals suddenly went with the park as it is now, I think it would die because it would have not enough to do in comparison to other parks, People usually go to SW to see animals and it would suck without em. If you mean seaworld In its location, but with more rides instead of animals, I think it would work because of its nice location.

I think it would easily survive... A good idea would be to capitalise on the idea of a water-themed park with scuba-diving, parasailing, speedboats. A good mix of extreme adventures would distinguish it from the likes of WnW and the other parks. Just an idea.
