Unsure if this is the right topic or the same water park being discussed here (Can someone verify?) but:

The International Association Of Amusement Parks & Attractions' Funworld Magazine reports:

Sanad Capital Pty Ltd plans to begin construction in 2017 on an AUS$400 million water park/sports theme park that will include Australia’s first surfing wave pool.
