Not having seen the blueprints, I do hope when all is said and done that it's well integrated into the existing facades of Dreamworld's Main Street i.e. if this is a 100% standalone building and you can walk around it, that any guest facing facades outside of the Lego building retain that Victorian style finish.

It's bricks

and it will be an iconic destination store that will draw people to the park (or at least to the entry), which can never be seen as a bad thing...

Lego is in no way just for kids, it's a very popular hobby among adults (or any age for that matter). Plus, DW will be having the first official Lego store in Australia, and having been to one in the UK very recently, they are quite special.

They didn't build LEGO versions of everything at Luna Park Sydney - only the FaceFerris Wheel, Wild Mouse & Crystal Palace. That's like, for Dreamworld, building LEGO versions of City Hall, Tower Of Terror II/Giant Drop, Hot Wheels SideWinder & Temple Of Huey (to represent Whitewater World). Just enough icons to look like a full park replica.
