jjuttp 283 Report post Posted April 21, 2017 Not sure how many of you are much into consumer VR, but Mack has released an app called Coastiality. It's half (see 90%) poorly done 360 POV's and half (10%) the actual VR footage they use on the VR enabled rides. Although you get like not even 10 seconds of the VR footage without paying, and the POV's were filmed in potato, its still a cool-ish concept for Cardboard and Gear/Daydream. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mackmedia.coastiality&hl=en
Reanimated35 3,484 Report post Posted April 21, 2017 Eh, if it was on Vive I'd be interested, but not this phone VR stuff. Vive needs more decent coaster programs.
Cactus_Matt 89 Report post Posted April 21, 2017 "Coastiality" sounds more like a Mortal Kombat finishing move.
pin142 737 Report post Posted April 22, 2017 Think NoLimits 2 supports VR so there is one decent program that does support it if that's the case.
AllegroCrab 214 Report post Posted April 22, 2017 @Reanimated35 @pin142 I took NL2 to my friend's place just to try it with VR on the Oculus. There were a few graphical glitches, but the experience was absolutely amazing, favourite thing I've done in VR for sure. I don't think you could ask for a better program for coaster VR than NL2.
