Some of the supports. They're not all the same length and thickness.591d5e79748f3_2000pxDSC1355.thumb.jpg.a79c5cd1f7348995fa3dc16a2e230f43.jpg

So, combining all the supports from the pics taken by @themagician and I. I'm trying to figure out how 47 and 51 work in the scheme of things. I've been looking at Flash's loop for hints, even though they're not exactly the same element. I'm an absolute rookie at this, so @rummy and @docoaster might be able to take this further than I. The support @themagicianposted was 47 changed to 51. One I posted has both, and some have the letter "I" in addition to one number. I've gone through even more photos I took yesterday, and seen more 47s with letters H, J and L.

These lettered supports for 47 and 51 are they higher up poles, and/or structural cross-members? As there are multiple 47s and 51s that anchor to the concrete, these are A or H frames, right?

Don't forget this ^ one as well @Glubbo...taken at 1.18pm yesterday arvo. Not sure if it was taken before or after yours, or if numbers have changed on them.

I uploaded pics both before and after you, @Theme Park Girl. I made 4 posts with pics, one posted before you went, then three after, but the 3rd series of pics was from my DSLR from before your visit. Sounds confusing but re-reading the posts I made clears it up.

There's a lot of very thick supports for the N-i loop area now, including the ones from your pic: 51, 54, 47...

Went to the park today & got to see this beast in person for a 2nd time (1st time was when the Stengel Dive was getting built) & I have to say It's looking amazing so far :D

Looking at that photo makes me think that maybe 2 elements are between the drop and the loop.

I too thought this after looking at the Panorama taken by TPG, however after seeing it in person today I'm not too sure.. My guess is a close to 90 degree drop, if not 90, then a massive airtime hill into the N-I-Loop. If they do happen to fit 2 elements in I'm excited to see what they are :)

Here's my weekly photo contribution.MW_Hyper-InclinedLoop.thumb.png.9e162ec629988f312cdcc467603a4069.png

Had to include this one because, I think, this is a great photo.

I'll continue doing the two shots below until there is no more construction in-frame.

I can't tell if these supports are going to be for lift hill or loop; maybe one of you can hazard a guess.

I think the fact that we cover these new attractions so extensively really shows how much we love new attractions, maybe the parks should invest in them more often ;)

Below you can see the loop entrance (right) and exit (left) with the helix's and cool twisty-ness all around.

Another "because I thought it looked cool" photo.DSCN7560.thumb.JPG.bc1ce87751b7bc5264c0c81a1cdfdbf6.JPG

Okay, maybe two...

And this is the turn after the airtime hill. Lookin' real twisty.DSCN7567.thumb.JPG.4d51621fb4e08f5edfd2cc92e6d48b4c.JPG

Here are some of those supports I was on about. Supports for the air time hill, crazy section, the non-inverting loop (including the massive one outside he fence) and also the first lift hill footing.

You can also see the support for the top Stengel dive too

I hope that means nasty as in insanely good 😂

Is this the area you are talking about? The left & then right hand bend after it exits out of the helix?

IMG_0778.thumb.JPG.5f1f1000bd9b8fbbf2dfa17bdbd104ab.JPG

Yes that's the area.    It looks live a very sharp twist.   It could be the angle of view from the road but it looks like a fast transition.

I recommend riding Batwing over the next few months. Today I rode in the seat closest to ride entry, and at the top of the tower the view of the Hyper is great.

The brake run and one piece of the turn back to the station is in, but the footprint of the station is clear, despite no foundation yet laid. There's a channel dug which I assume to be the underside access in the train service bay.

The track from the brake run into the station/switch has no spline at all by the looks of it.

Thanks for the new pics @themagician, I'm really curious as to how these supports will work in this possible non-inverting loop.
