Was up at Scenic World last weekend and checked out construction progress of the new Scenic Skyway. Things are racing along up there and the old cables have already been removed. By the looks of things my guess is they plan to fly the new cable accross by helicopter... Here are a couple shots of the old Skyway Car which is now sitting beside the roadway entrance. BTW I have no idea who the random people sitting in it are :-)
