(Thought this should be in its own topic)

25th March around 2:30pm a lady has slipped out of the EL Loco Coaster at Adventure Dome. She is a double amputee, however it is unclear what 2 limbs she was missing. The ride is now closed pending further investigations. The manufacturer S&S Worldwide also constructed the Green Lantern roller coaster at Movieworld, which has currently gone down until the 21 of April. As stated below, S&S are to conduct a full investigation with possible changes to procedures for operating and physical changes, possibly to restraint systems.
