Richard 1,038
Article: Kanook put to rest. This truly is a sad day, but thankfully Kanook will no longer suffer. It was definitely the most appropriate thing to do, and I commend Sea World for both the actions they took, and making it more or less a public matter, because people do care. Every day thousands of people are touched by these amazing creatures - the looks on people's faces as they watch the bears playing in their enclosure just shows how satisfying this attraction is, and how interested and attached people have become.
