In lieu of a midcourse brake run (As commonly seen on large coasters) the ride features a very long sloping set of brakes, It's purpose is to allow the train behind to enter the course while giving the train ahead time to be loaded and unloaded. The height of it also allows the track to pass over Dragon Fire.
