Eureka Mountain is a unique enclosed Wild Mouse style roller coaster themed to a gold mine. It was built by HyFab, a Brisbane firm no longer in business.

The coaster featured a single bunny hill. As seen, this end of the drop was originally exposed with cars racing down this dip in full view of queuing patrons. In 2002 the dip was fully enclosed.

The ride was designed with separate load and unload stations. Each could safely handle two cars meaning at any given time four cars could be loading and unloading. The unload station has not been used in recent years as a result of cost-cutting, coming at the expense of the ride's already low capacity.
