The Gold Coaster review by Gtmichaels

Rated 3.5 Not a very big thrill, but with the new Hot Wheels carriages, they play Freestyler for you during your ride, using the built in speakers, kinda like Rock n Rollercoaster. Also this was my first upside-down coaster when I was a kid.

Review Criteria

Enjoyment Very Good

Good old fashioned rollercoaster fun!

Effectiveness Very Good

The ride achieves it's description, marketing and theming well.

Intensity Medium

Not too intense, just average twist and turns, with 2 loops (not too mention the first drop is not even that steep).

Rider Comfort Amazing

Now with the new Hot Wheels Sidewinder carriages, the harnesses are much better!

Pacing Very Good

The ride goes on for a good duration.

Theming/Storyline Very Good

I guess the Hot Wheels Sidewinder looks kinda like the Hot Wheels Sidewinder set for kids.

Upkeep/Presentation Very Good

The carriages and waiting station have all been upgraded, but the tracks have still not been re-painted. It's an old coaster folks.

Queue/Efficiency Very Good

The ride is run efficiently, but the queue goes a bit slow.
