Overall, definitely the best water ride I've been on.

Enjoyment
Amazingly immersive, one of the best themed rides out.Effectiveness
Fantastic effects, fully immersive experience, with the exception of a few occasions when operators get the timing slightly wrong.Intensity
With the exception of the drop and elements of fear from dinosaurs, this ride is quite family-friendly.Rider Comfort
The best manufacturing quality available. Very comfortable.Pacing
Very well paced storyline and dramatic climax.Theming/Storyline
Animatronics are incredible.Upkeep/Presentation
No wear visible. Occasionally animatronics are late in activating, but this comes down to boat timing, not technical flaw.Queue/Efficiency
At times, efficiency seems to be more important to the staff than immersive-ness. Boats are too close, the illusion of reality is ruined.Splash Factor
