Tropical Cyclone Overview
The slide differs from conventional waterslides in that it features a series of tight 360 degree helixes along the way down where the width of the slide bulges out from 1.3 meters to 2.1 meters.
This change in geometry forces rafts to whip high up onto the wall as they negotiate each 360 helix, allowing riders to feel strong centrifugal forces.
