There are several different areas catering to different marine animals in Shark Bay. You can see the Inter-Tidal Zone at the front of this shot which flows into the Reef Lagoon. Beyond the bridge is the Shark Lagoon.
Vortex is (and was formerly named) a Gravitron, where riders are spun around to a point where they stick to the walls.
Access to Farmyard Friends is by either the Captain Sturt Paddle Wheeler or through this railway crossing.
The Australian Wildlife Experience is made up of four different themed areas. This is Kakadu Wetlands, containing crocodiles and birds.

A Southern Cassowary, a flightless bird of North Queensland, found in the Daintree Rainforest area of the Australian Wildlife Experience. Behind the emu, this species of cassowary is the third largest bird species in the world. They are considered a dangerous bird, not afraid to use their claws if threatened.

Another of the themed areas, Outback Adventure Red kangaroos are the largest of the kangaroo species.
They spend most of their days lazing, either in the water or out in the sun.
The Saltwater Crocodile, the bigger and more aggressive Australian crocodile.
The Freshwater Crocodile, the relatively harmless of the two Australian crocodiles.
The Chairlift, which starts at Gold Rush Country at the other end of the park takes passengers through to Kakadu Wetlands.
Gold Rush Country has been repaved. It is no longer red-painted bitumen, but an adhered rock surface.
Also over the Easter holdiday, Farmyard Friends, an interactive petting zoo, opened.
In case you didn't know, this attraction ended its season over the Easter holidays.
Tiger Island has a new prop to better demonstrate the leaping behavior, which was formerly done between two logs to the right.
