Early in 2009, the Sea World Pirate Ship was dismantled and sold to Funfields in Victoria.
A panorama of the ski lake. At the time this photo was taken, the Endeavour replica was docked on the left hand side to aid in the preparation for Pirates Unleashed.
In preparation for the launch of Pirates Unleashed, Sea World moved the Endeavour replica from one of the dolphin pools, into the ski lake in June 2009. Rocks were temporarily removed to assist the move.
During the first half of 2009, Sea World added a collection of upcharge pedal boats to it's attraction lineup.
