The facade is dominated by an impressive waterfall.
A room with a few oddities, and optical illusions we have all probably seen at one point.
The cave you can see higher up is where the boat stops momentarily, before being directed backwards down a very small reverse drop.
Some crazy mirrors.
The ride is near completley indoors, and features a number of scenes related to viking mythology, as well as a few very wet drops.
Impossible is essentially a mirror maze combined with a hall of illusions.
Valhalla, an extensive Viking themed water ride, is one of Blackpools biggest investments.
Another one of the brief outdoor sections.
The majority of the ride is obviously indoors, but halfway through you come out of the darkness and go down a roller coaster style dip.
You make your way around in small 2 person cars.
It's delightfully tacky.
Ghost Train is another Blackpool classic.
Whilst the ride does go very high, the main arm and spokes of seats dont spin particularly fast. As a result the individual rows rarley flip, and the ride plays out like an oversized ferris wheel.
Bling is a fairly unique flat ride, with few others like it worldwide.
The park gates.
One of the more recent changes at the park is the removal of free admission, with guests now required to purchase at least a basic wristband.
As a result the old casino building is a swish new ticketing center.
What you'll see inside...Hedges and the Steeplechase whizzing by overhead.
The first puzzle is how to enter without getting wet.
