At the end of the ride the boats reverse in, spin around, and join the conga line in the station.

The actual courses on each side are unpredictable too, so it would take multiple rides to get every possible option.

There are two sides to the attraction. In the summer months, one side is designated "wet", with water jets to soak riders.

The ride is located in Port Discovery, which is basically Tomorrowland with water and boats.

The boats don't actually float. In fact the water is only a few centimeters deep, and the boats are actually running on wheels.

This freedom of movement allows for some funny near misses.

The boats can travel backwards and forwards, and spin around on the spot.

Vehicle maintenance and storage is in this building off to the side of the lagoon.

The entrance to the ride is in this futuristic building.

You'll notice how each car has a post with a device on top, as well as thin posts with white reflective tops around the lagoon. These form a location finding system that allows the boats to navigate autonomously.
