A couple more slower turns direct the train back into the station.
The trains actually run on pneumatic tyres similar to those seen on aircraft landing gear, rather than nylon wheels. These can deal with the speed, but you get a bit of bouncing as a result.
All that remains is a long straight back to the station, passing the Wave Swinger.
Another tunnel after the loop.
There's a walkway over the track to watch trains fly by.
It's one of the worlds tallest loops.
It then completes a giant loop.
The train then hurtles around a massive sweeping turn.
The track then passes through this tunnel.
A phenomenal launch sends you along a straight and down a slight incline.
In 2017 the ride was modified, increasing the launch speed, and replacing the previous top hat element with a giant loop.
More of the station building.
Snow caked tracks.
Snow removal in progress before it eventually opened late afternoon during our visit.
...So be prepared to potentially wait 2-3 hours if you don't pony up for a priority ticket from the machine.
The trains hold 8 passengers, and only one can be launched at a time, making this an inherently low capacity ride.
A pneumatic catapult launches trains to a reported 180 km/h.
