The blue milk is a sort of tutti-frutti tropical type flavour. Both milks remind you a bit of those frozen fruit bars.
The green milk is a bit citrus and a bit floral.
The milk stand sells non dairy semi frozen drinks that recreate the blue and green milks seen in the films.
The narrative is that the First Order have set up a presence at Black Spire Outpost to win over the locals.
