Guess the owners saw the popularity of Pferdereitbahn and decided to add another ride of the same type.

Eselreitbahn has bobbing donkeys running along an electrified rail.
"Achterbahn" is the literal word in German for roller coaster (Or rather, "figure 8 railway")
It's got a nicely balanced layout for a family coaster.
Coming around the final turn into the station.
The last bit of the layout is a few shallow dips.
And a 3rd helix, uphill, around the lift.
