Fillmore is a hippie VW Kombi Van, and runs a store selling fruit and drinks.
The most expensive investment in California Adventure's history is Cars Land, a faithful recreation of the town of Radiator Springs from the 2006 animated film "Cars".

The ride was a rebirth of the "Flying Saucers" ride which operated at Disneyland from 1961-1966, but was closed due to ongoing unreliability and low capacity. Ironically, the California Adventure version of the concept was even shorter lived, only operating from 2012-2015, with Luigi's Rollicking Roadsters taking its place.
The circular metal vents on the floor deliver air, creating what is effectively a giant air hockey table. Riders sit in the tyres, which they can lean in to drift across the area and gently bump into each other.
For a flat ride, it features an exceptionally lavish queue.
The tire tower marks the entrance to Luigi's Flying Tires.
At least the theming would have been cheap!
The large amount of metal and concrete in the queue does make it feel a bit hot.
