If offers good views of Fiesta Bay Boardwalk and the Eastern end of the park.
Ferris wheels are a classic boardwalk attraction.
The theming feels a bit more "Jetsons" than "Hurricane".
Hurricane Force 5 is a Zamperla Disk'o, that spins riders around whilst scooting back and forth along a halfpipe track.

The theming on the course is mostly UV painted 2D cut out figures, with sensors that pick up laser shots. Your score is displayed on an LED display in the vehicle.
Eventually you board a mystery machine which moves slowly through the ride.

In case you've discovered this page and don't know how a Boomerang coaster works. The train is towed backwards up the track on the right, then released, where it speeds through the station, and through the loops , up the track on the left. When it reaches the top there, it is again released, and completes the loops in reverse and returns to the station.
