- Parkz is not responsible for any messages posted. Parkz does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
- The content express the views of the author of the message and are not the views of Parkz.
- You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use Parkz to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
- You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you. You are the copyright holder of any original content you post on Parkz, but provide us with the rights to display that content on Parkz in perpetuity.
- You can only link to off-site content provided you are unaffiliated with the organisation, product, brand, content or website in question.
- Users are limited to register a single account and must use an active, valid email address.
- Users that have been banned, suspended or other restrictions placed on their account cannot register a new account under any circumstance.
- Without written permission users can not register names, profile fields, use words or images in posts, comments, messages or profile fields to promote, endorse, support or solicit feedback on products, brands, websites or pages that they are affiliated with.
- Deliberately misquoting or misrepresenting another member, post, or external source is not permitted, even for comedic effect.
- Users may not dox or share another person's personal or private information on Parkz.
- Any user wishing to represent an organisation, product, brand or website must contact us for permission prior to engaging with the Parkz community.
- Parkz reserves the right to retain, remove, replace or otherwise alter any content posted.
