The monorail presumably used to link Hershey HQ with Hersheypark, so passes outside the park boundaries, close to the main street of the town.
The umbrella on the top of the ride twirls around. Necessary? No. Cool looking? Yes.
Essentially a miniature version of the Music Express on the other side of the park.
