Roar is a GCI wooden coaster with one of the companies typical twister layouts.
Depending on the weather guests are fired upon by the fountains, or they merely shoot to a lower height to tease them.
The launch takes place in a superman shield shaped tunnel.
Riders first launch forwards, then backwards, then forwards again.
Guests are held in only by a lap bar and shin pad.
The non inverting loop twists over at the top so the track doesn't turn upside down. This leaves the barrell roll (45.7m in the air) as the only inversion.
