Heading up the lift hill.

The barrel roll crosses over the main entry plaza of the park.

The barrel roll was not an original feature of the ride. Originally it was a vertical twist reaching 57m high. This was found to be in breach of local height regulations, so the ride was rebuilt with the sloping barrel roll to get it under the local 46m height limit.

The other end has a spiralling inclined barrel roll.

At one end of the track is a simple straight spike which has riders facing straight down at the ground.

Unlike most inverted coasters the station lacks a dropping floor. Riders are simply expected to hoist themselves up into the elevated seats.

Banks of air cooled Linear Induction Motors propel the train back and forth.

Entrance signage.

V2 - Vertical Velocity is an "Impulse Coaster", where the train is launched back and forth along the track, building up speed till it reaches the top of the two elevated "spikes" at each end.

As the name suggests, you ride on the back of a Cobra.

Cobra is the largest of the two family coasters in the park.
