A boatload of riders nearing maxiumum speed.

The turns produce some good lateral forces.

A 28m high lift hill carries boats to the high point.

The boats emerge through a hole in the stack of the containers, though it is hard to see, since a Holden Astra is stood up in front like a fence.

And they're off. A short section of flume floats the boats towards the outdoor section of the ride.

Guests are ushered into 8 seater rescue boats. Back seats cop the worst soaking, front seats are not much better. The middle seats avoid the bulk of it, but you'll still get a bit wet. Oh, and if you are desperate to stay somewhat dry, sit on the seats at the far side of the loading area.

Almost ready to board.

Theme park fans will spot this crate from the ride manufacturer, Mack Rides GmbH & Co KG of Waldkirch, Germany.

All manner of things are bobbing in the water.

There's a window with a projection behind it showing the storm raging outside.

Pallet racking.

As soon as you enter you are confronted with the inside of a dockside warehouse that has suffered quite a bit of damage.

A series of four rubber flap doors filter the light down as you walk into the show building.

Dry people enter on the right, and come out wet on the left.

The show building has had shipping containers piled up against it, as well as more boats and electricity poles.

That's just crate!

That's forked!

Plenty of container port theming.

Is this angle or parallel parking?

The pathway into the ride has boats and other debris tossed about.
