Bumblebee stands proudly over the entrance to Transfomers The Ride, the newest attraction at the time of this visit.
There's even a plaque with info on the lagoon and water features seen in the area. According to this plaque, these things are all part of an energy generating system.
Inside Starbot Cafe, which has a pretty nifty interior.
Star Dots, predictably, is the Dippin' Dots outlet in the area.
Plenty of finer details to see in Sci Fi City, such as water mains under perforated panels set in the pavement.
This being Singapore, either of these offences probably results in the death penalty.

The central arcade in the area sits under a honeycomb patterned, air cell roof.
The futuristic Sci Fi City contains a few of Universal Studios Singapore's more thrilling attractions.
Rather than being teacups however, guests ride in pods and the attraction is themed as a futuristic power generator.
Accellerator is a spinning teacups style ride.
After your fill of being terrorised by Imhotep and rolling and coasting in the dark, you exit through the Carters Curiosities gift shop.

The queue is quite extensive, taking you through a temple and its catacombs.
